Ingredients

• 4 oz organic Wheat Orzo

• 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

• 8 oz Brown Mushrooms, sliced

• 4 large cloves of Garlic, minced

• 5 cups baby Spinach

• Salt & Pepper, to taste

• 1/4 cup grated Cheese of choice Parmesan, Romano Vegan or regular

Directions

• Boil water and cook Orzo according to the package. Drain and rinse. set aside
• In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add Mushrooms and cook until lightly brown. 7- 10 minutes.
• Add the minced garlic and continue to cook 2-5 minutes
• Add the baby spinach until wilted.
• Add the orzo and combine.
  
• Sprinkle with cheese of choice. Season with Salt and Pepper,

Article II, Section 17 of the Flagstaff City Charter currently allows, any citizen of the City to submit a written petition to the City Manager, signed by a minimum of 25 citizens from the City of Flagstaff in a form prescribed by ordinance, who shall present it to the Council at its next regular meeting; such petition shall be acted upon by the Council, in the regular course of business, within thirty-one (31) days after such presentation.

Chapter 1 to 12 of the Flagstaff City Code formalizes the information to be required and the following petition has been created based on that said information.

To submit a petition as outlined above, please complete the following petition form and submit it to the City Manager’s Office in person or by postal delivery. The City Manager’s Office will date stamp the original and return a copy to the petitioner. Petitions will be placed under Section 17, Future Agenda Item Request (F.A.I.R.), of the Council’s Regular Council Meeting Agenda to determine if there is Council interest in placing the item on a future agenda for consideration. Failure to give such direction shall constitute “action” for purposes of this section [Rules of Procedure 11.05].”

Ingredients

• 2 Cups of diced Onions

• 1 1/2 Cups of sliced Carrots

• 1 Cup Celery Sliced

• 9 cloves of garlic

• 32 ounces of Vegetable stock

• 2 (14.5 oz) cans Fire Roasted tomatoes

• 1 1/4 cups Wheat Orzo

• 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

• 1 teaspoon Basil

• 1/2 teaspoon oregano

• Salt and Pepper to taste

• Olive Oil mister

• 3 cups packed Baby Spinach

Directions

• Mist spray pan with olive oil medium heat
• Sauté Onions 6 minutes until soft.
• Add carrots, celery and continue to sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic for the last 1 minute.
• Add Stock Tomatoes Seasoningg orzo stir and continue to cook over medium heat unit Orzo is al-dente 15 minutes.
• Add Baby Spinach and season to taste salt and pepper

Mushroom Stew (Vegan)

Ingredients

• 6 oz Shitake Mushrooms, cut in half and slice each half

• 6 oz Brown Mushrooms, sliced

• 6 oz White Mushrooms, cut in half then sliced

• 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

• 1 large onion, cut in half then sliced

• Salt or Salt free

• Pepper

• 5 Bay-Leaves

• 1 teaspoon Thyme

• 1 tablespoon Basil

• 2 tablespoons Tomato Paste

• Pinch red-pepper flakes

• 3 tablespoons chopped Parsley

• 4 Carrots (I like smaller to medium carrot size) Cut 1″ to 2″ slices

• 4 stems Celery, cut sliced 1″

• 4 potatoes, cut in half, half and then in 3

• 3 Garlic cloves, minced

• 12 ounce can diced Tomatoes

• 32 ounce Mushroom Broth

• 32 ounce Vegetable Broth

• 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  

Directions

• Sauté Mushrooms, set aside.
• Sauté Onions 4-6 minutes, add mince garlic for 1 minute.
  Add broth, carrots, celery, bay leaves, tomato paste, seasonings, starch, and mushrooms stir in ingredients.
  (This should be the remaining ingredients with the exception of potatoes. Potatoes are added later)
  Bring to a boil, lower temperature and simmer for 20 minutes or until carrots are somewhat tender.
• Add potatoes, bring to a boil. Then simmer until potatoes are tender 12 minutes.
• Remove bay leaves and serve.

There are many posts in these groups and people block others prohibiting specific people from seeing. Sedona Politics in Motion group is a private group that people can join and is targeted on local issues. Local political discussions need to be in an area where we all can participate, engage, understand more, learn, grow, nurture, and seed our communities.
