Delightful Chantilly Frosting Recipe is easy to make and can be made to fill and frost a cake. This recipe makes enough frosting- filling for a tall 3 layer 8″ cake as in image.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces Mascarpone Cheese, softened

  • 8 ounces Butter, unsalted , softened

  • 16 ounces Cream Cheese, , softened

  • 22 oz Powder Sugar

  • 8 oz heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 Tablespoons Cornstarch ( stabilizer)

  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp Almond extract

Directions

  • Cream together softened Mascarpone Cheese, Cream Cheese and butter until smooth.
  • Add powder sugar and continue creaming.
  • Whip the Whip Cream until peaks form. Add cornstarch until combined. Add extracts.
  • Fold the cream cheese mixture and whipped cream together.
