minutesDelightful Chantilly Frosting Recipe is easy to make and can be made to fill and frost a cake. This recipe makes enough frosting- filling for a tall 3 layer 8″ cake as in image.
Ingredients
16 ounces Mascarpone Cheese, softened
8 ounces Butter, unsalted , softened
16 ounces Cream Cheese, , softened
22 oz Powder Sugar
8 oz heavy Whipping Cream
2 Tablespoons Cornstarch ( stabilizer)
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Almond extract
Directions
- Cream together softened Mascarpone Cheese, Cream Cheese and butter until smooth.
- Add powder sugar and continue creaming.
- Whip the Whip Cream until peaks form. Add cornstarch until combined. Add extracts.
- Fold the cream cheese mixture and whipped cream together.
