Starting out in Bio-Tech as part of an American team starting a biological implantable medical device company in Switzerland. During her professional career, she has built from the ground level fortune 500 companies, and smaller family-run businesses worked with the government and created the systems for world-class processes, products, and people management.

During her corporate years, Donna was active in product development, business acquisitions, business planning & budgeting, manufacturing systems & control, management consulting, and inspections.  Donna is especially fond of management consulting and inspections and used those tools when acquiring her husband and her first business. This business was changed from a negative cash flow, increasing income by 85% in the first year!

Donna has also as a volunteer formed, organized, and run Business Associations Nonprofits 501 C6 which united business sectors for the same cause. The Sedona Bridal Fair was dreamed up by Donna to build the economic sector of Weddings in the greater Sedona region while volunteering for Sedona Wedding Association, a nonprofit 501C6.  While Donna registered the name the Sedona Bridal Fair was run by volunteers with thousands of donated hours which lead to it success. Sedona Bridal Fair was run by a non-profit Sedona Community Organization. All income was used to directly promote and put on the event, website, Sedona Bridal Fair & Sedona Wedding Event Center.

Donna also has volunteered and formed Just Facts EDU, a charitable organization focused on building community through Education.
