January is a critical time for those living in Sedona. The Sedona City Council will have their Annual City Council retreat on January 17 & 18, 2023. City Council will be setting priorities.
In addition, the City Council has a joint meeting with the regional Chamber of Commerce on January 11, 2023. The Chamber and their members will present to the City Council their perspective; have city councils undivided attention in a 103 page presentation again while the residents aren’t on the menu.
People are confused. They believe the City is supposed to market Sedona and the city needs to pay to market businesses throughout the region in all industries. They claim the City doesn’t do enough for tourism, that the city owes the chamber & affinity lodging-council public funding for the chamber’s members!
Here is what the Chamber and their members don’t want you know:
- Your voice matters! The Residents, Sedona Area Communities, Small Businesses and City need your support &, knowledge. What happens in Sedona doesn’t stay in Sedona.
