Pastry Chef & Cake Artist Donna Joy created the business from scratch based on a simple process of trying to make trying to make the cakes the best she could. From favor to design. She spent the extra time to understand and see the details. She made to order custom cakes produced in a commercial kitchen, certified food facility. Sedona Sweet Arts got routine inspections, operated using good manufacturing practices, and follows CDC guidelines plus. After twenty of working 7 days a week in season year she built a commercial kitchen and went to by appointment only.

Three tier Wedding Cake, offset squares, with fondant frosting and champagne colored buttercream swirls
Adorned with Donna Joy’s hand sculpted Pastillage assorted sugar Red Roses, Calla Lilies Champagne color sugar berries and greens.
Deer Mountain Themed cake all edible One of a kind tiered woods deer theme cake. The toppers and side accents are made from Chocolate hand piped into the silhouettes. The bottom two tiers are chocolate buttercream piped logs accented with Almond chocolate pinecones. Top tier cover in fondant air brushed to give a sunset glow.
The favors were awesome with a White Grand Marnier Cake touched with a GM soak and filled with a White Chocolate Grand Marnier Mousse for the top and base. The middle tier was a Chocolate Lasagna cake.
Four tier Wedding cake with simple dots on the top two tiers with the base tiers having buttercream piped entwined drama swirls.
Adorned with Donna Joy’s hand sculpted pastillage moth orchids, berries accent flowers and leaves matching the wedding colors.
Love by Chocolate Wedding Cake 2014
A three-tier wedding cake frosted in chocolate and finished with a decadent ganache. The sides are trimmed with a chocolate buttercream running ball border with random swirls and dots.
The cake is adorned with Donna Joy’s handmade Sugar flowers, sugar succulents.
