What an aspiring & inspiring week.
Aspired me to learn more, inspiring me to create tools to move forward. Confusion triggers curiosity.
For me, if it doesn’t make sense or is confusing, I become curious. Curiosity triggers my mind and if I flow with it, I slow it down and think it through in a logical way.
Part of my process in doing so is analytically outlining it.
Living this week brought a few terms of defining.

How and what is Masculine energy? Is it biological sex or a methodology of thinking?
It is natural to believe that masculine energy is a biological sex trait. Is that true?
Research proves every person is different. Masculine energy has nothing to do with the biological sex of a person. The research tracker is below.
Term definitions in any discussion, project, group, or research can change the direction with predetermined outcomes and result in many unintended consequences.
Assumptions create a false narrative. Wrong Assumptions lead to bad decisions, poor planning, wrong analysis, and unwanted outcomes. The ability to slow it down, and think it through enables us to grow in a loving logical process.
Targeting trigger words or terms can manipulate others into knee-jerk reactions, limiting and controlling others. Repeating trigger words control our behavior.
Hijacking a term, using a word bomb, or using a word with double meanings can hinder, and negatively stifle the public.

Logical approaches create the framework.
Allowing us to make good rational decisions putting our egos, agendas, and personal wants at the door.
As a teenager, one of my Dad’s questions were “Are they wearing bun-huggers or boxers?”
His message and lesson were “We all are human, we all poop”
He always made me laugh, bringing learning, logic, and laughter together.
The Resident’s Footprint is how we create clear, open-door discussions, accept each other’s differences, collaborate working together, utilize each different strengths, nurture, and improve.
Unlimited each other to grow, learn and build our community.
Did we welcome the community as a whole to the table?
Or were the only ones at the table the loudest, controlling the narrative and outcome?
Did we restrict another person by restricting where and how they spoke? Did we label another and not listen to their ideas or suggestions?
The Resident’s Footprint is our community legacy, how we leave our community.
How we nurtured, supported, understood, collaborated, respected others, and set aside any conflicts of interest is our footprint. Going through opens doors taking chances that may help to grow our legacy and our footprint.
