Gluten Free Brownie recipe

Ingredients

1.5 Cups Sugar, granulated
3/4 Cup unsweetened Baking Cocoa powder
3/4 Gluten Free Flour, Donna Joy’s GF Flour recipe, Bob’s Redmill or other w/ Xathan Gum
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
3/4 cup Butter, melted and cooled
1 tbsp Oil, Canola or vegetable oil
3 Eggs
1 tbsp Vanilla

Directions

Preheat oven temperature to 350 degrees. Grease a metal 8×8 square pan. For easy removal line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, blend together the dry ingredients: Gluten Free Flour, cocoa, sugar, and salt.
Combine the melted butter into the dry ingredients and stir. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla, using a spoon stir to combine.
Add the Chocolate Chips and stir
Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the brownies. It should come out slightly tacky, dry. Be sure not to overbake.
Cool for a minimum of one hour. Slice, serve, and ♥ enjoy ♥
