Ingredients
6 cups White Rice Flour
1 1/2 cups Tapioca Flour
1 cup Potato Starch
1/2 cup Corn Starch
6 tsp Xanthan Gum
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together except Xanthan Gum well. Add the Xanthan Gum to the blend and mix. The Xanthan gum is very fine.
- Store in an airtight container.
