Ingredients

  • 1.75 Cups frozen Raspberries

  • 1 Tablespoon Cornstarch

  • 1 Tablespoon Water

  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed is best, organic bottled is next)

  • 1 Cup Sugar

Directions

  • Place all items in pan
  • Cook over medium heat. Stir
  • Cook until it boils, stir to prevent sticking.
  • Cook until desired thickness. Chill until use.
